Programs

  1. Critically study, review and revisit existing literature relevant to the aims and objects of the Trust, identify areas where there is a dearth of literature and to arrange for research and publication to produce new literature.
  2. Conduct periodic reviews of literature published in different languages in different countries and to arrange for translation of selected literature and to make the same available to interested readers in furtherance of the objectives of the Trust.
  3. Undertake research on the higher objectives of religious laws and to take recourse to its principles to promote civilisational renewal by facilitating a contextual understanding and application of religion in contemporary societies.
  4. Provide a forum for facilitating scholars of different disciplines to revisit their areas of specialisations and to reform and renew their literature on the basis of religious values.
  5. Address misconceptions and mischaracterisations of religion in society by engaging in dialogue (including inter-faith dialogue), public outreach and through publications and digital media;
  6. Raise awareness regarding legislations and social practices which undermine human rights and religious values and to provide concrete solutions for reform of such legislations and social practices, as well as carrying out advocacy and adopting all necessary measures, including liaising and working with government and non-government bodies for attainment of such purpose and other objects of the Trust;
  7. Arrange, organise and participate in programs, seminars, symposia, lectures, conferences, and workshops and to exchange views, liaise and co-operate with national and international organisation(s) in furtherance of the Trust’s objectives;
